Carbon fiber strip brush, also known as anti-static strip brush, is an efficient industrial static eliminator, which can be used as contact or non-contact equipment. Many materials generate electrostatic charges on their surfaces during processing. These charges can trap dust and particulate contaminants, causing handling problems and even shocking operators. Depending on the size of the charge, grounding the material through carbon fiber, or using carbon fiber to ionize the air above or below the coil without touching it, can reduce or eliminate these problems.
Brushes can be installed on industrial machines: printing machines, coating machines, assembly lines.
